When I make clothes for myself, I make them to last! I have never been the fastest sewer nor do I make “fast fashion”. The sleeveless blazer in this post has been in my closet for more than 4 or 5 years!
The sleeveless blazer was made using Simplicity SIMPLICITY 1756 (a Cynthia Rowley licensed pattern) I have used this pattern a few times in different fabrics. For this particular version, I used this amazing reversible denim fabric. The patterned side of the fabric was used to make the lapel. I paired the blazer with olive jogger pants that I purchased on sale at Banana Republic. The shirt is a few seasons old and I added the knot in the front.
I would love to hear your feedback.
